Return & Refund Policy (Print-on-Demand)
Our products are made to order (print-on-demand). Because each item is produced specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color preference.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at loclothing@icloud.com and include:

clear photos showing the issue
We will evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, offer a free replacement or a refund.
Refund processing time
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/provider, but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.
Lost packages / address issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can reship it (additional shipping fees may apply). If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier first; you can also contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
