Order Processing (Production Time)

All products are made to order (print-on-demand).
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment.

Production times may be extended during holidays, peak seasons, or due to high order volume.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier.

Estimated delivery times after production:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 5–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the package, we may reship the order at the customer’s expense.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked as Delivered Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.

  • weather conditions
  • natural disasters

  • or events beyond our control
